1 February 2011 – PYI sponsored two study tours to Hong Kong for 60 outstanding secondary school students from Wuhan and Nantong. Participants were selected among outstanding students by local education bureaus.

These tours were aimed at educating the students on the educational and commercial operations in Hong Kong. They were arranged to visit headquarters of PYI, the Legislative Council, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and meet local secondary students during their study tours.

5-year collaboration agreements were signed between PYI and Wuhan and Nantong, PYI agreed to sponsor 30 outstanding secondary school students from each city to visit Hong Kong every year. The sponsorship is part of the Group’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
