Mr. AU Wai June, aged 60, was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company in January 2021. He is also a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee and Share Repurchase Committee. He is a director of various members of the group. He graduated from University of Windsor, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. AU was the managing director of a telecommunication equipment manufacturing and trading company with more than 16 years of experience and extensive knowledge in product development, purchasing, production, business administration and merchandising of both the People’s Republic of China and overseas market.
